Pearls

2008-09-26 23:46:55

I was on the way to my office. I had my camera with me and planned on taking a few pictures. I took some pictures of the cars and the streets in the morning drizzle, then a few of moss on a wall. The air was cool and fresh and that was when my mind and vision switched into something I call "camera mode."
I didn't see things the same way I usually do, instead of the lawn I saw individual grass blades, instead of the wall I saw a relief of dried mortar, aged and colored to form a pattern of strange colors.

Instead of the rain and the grey sky, I found a few pearls left by the morning mist.

One of the rare moments where it just makes 'click'.
